Meet Rachael Peterson, RN, MSN – Founder of Kindred Souls Home Health

Hi, I’m Rachael Peterson, and I’m the proud founder and owner of Kindred Souls Home Health. With a Master’s degree in Nursing and over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve dedicated my career to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

After seeing firsthand the difference that personalized, one-on-one care can make, I decided to start Kindred Souls to bring high-quality home health services to individuals and families who need it most. My goal is to ensure that every client feels seen, valued, and supported – not just as a patient, but as a person with unique needs and a rich story.

At Kindred Souls, we focus on treating the whole person, offering skilled nursing, wound care, home health aides, and more to help you or your loved ones thrive at home. It’s my passion to guide people through their healthcare journeys with empathy and expertise.
