Night, Weekend & Holiday Differentials

Evenings, Nights & Weekends: +$5/hour
Weekend Nights: +$10/hour
Holidays: Triple the applicable base hourly rate
Holiday rates apply regardless of weekly hour tier.

Designated Holidays

The Agency recognizes the following holidays for premium billing:
New Year’s Day
Easter Day
Memorial Day
Independence (July 4)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve Day
Christmas Day

Minimum Weekly Service

• A minimum of 5 service hours per week is required.
• Clients scheduling fewer than 5 hours per week will be billed for 5 hours at $50/hour.
All services are billed hourly. There is no per-visit minimum charge.

Private Pay Billing & Minimum Service Requirement

• Client agrees to schedule a minimum of five (5) service hours per week for private pay caregiver services.
• If Client schedules fewer than five (5) hours in any given week, Client will be billed for the minimum weekly
service of five (5) hours at $50 per hour, regardless of actual hours provided.
• Hourly rates are determined by the total number of scheduled service hours per week and are subject to
applicable night, weekend, and holiday differentials.
• There is no minimum per-visit charge. All services are billed hourly, subject to the minimum weekly service
requirement.

Night, Weekend & Holiday Differential Clause

• Services provided during evenings, nights, or weekends are billed at an additional $5 per hour.
• Services provided during weekend nights are billed at an additional $10 per hour.
• Services provided on designated holidays are billed at three (3) times the applicable base hourly rate.
• Holiday rates supersede all other differentials.

Travel Charge

Travel is charged both ways. Mileage is calculated after returning from visit.
Distance Charge
25-50 miles $75 per visit/shift
51-75 miles $125 per visit/shift
76+ miles $200 per visit/shift
