Private Pay Rates
The following private pay fee schedule reflects our basic fees only.
Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Holidays will be billed at time and a half.
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s will be billed at double time.

| Registered Nurse Services: Medication management, Physical assessment, wound care |
*$100 per 1 hour visit. |
| Out of town travel for caregivers | *$1.50 per mile |
