Our team brings together skilled nursing, therapy services, and personal care support, all coordinated under one roof so that families don’t have to navigate a fragmented system on their own. Rachael Peterson, RN, MSN — Owner & Operator

Rachael is a Wyoming native with more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare field. As a Registered Nurse who holds a Master of Science in Nursing, she brings advanced clinical knowledge and steady, hands-on leadership to her role as owner and operator of Kindred Souls of Wyoming.

Rachael founded the agency out of a simple but powerful conviction: that the elderly adults of Campbell County and the surrounding region deserve access to high-quality, compassionate care right in their own homes. Her clinical background informs every part of how the agency runs — from care planning and staff supervision to quality assurance and regulatory compliance. When you work with Kindred Souls, you’re benefiting from an organization built and guided by someone who has spent her career at the bedside and understands what excellent care really looks like.

Jessi Davis, RN, MSN — Clinical Director

Working alongside Rachael is Jessi Davis, who serves as Clinical Director of Kindred Souls of Wyoming. Like Rachael, Jessi is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing, and she brings that same level of advanced clinical training and leadership to the agency every day.

Jessi plays a central role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality of care, and supporting compliance across all of our services. Her advanced credentials and her commitment to doing things the right way make her an essential member of the Kindred Souls team — and a big reason families can feel confident that the care they receive is held to a high standard from the very first visit.
